Recording the aforesaid fact, coupled with the endorsement so made and also this Court taking note of the yet another primordial fact that the Judgment of this Court dated 03.04.2013 was complied by the 1st Respondent, this Court closes the Contempt Petition, as nothing survives for further adjudication.
