JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking to call for the FIR pertaining to the Investigation pending in Crime No.39 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent police and to quash the same.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, on instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.39 of 2011, investigation was completed and the matter was closed as 'mistake of fact' and RCS notice was also served on the petitioners.
3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, I am of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present Criminal Original Petition is closed.
