Learned counsel for the petitioner though stated that the sole petitioner died and sought time for getting instructions in the matter, he could not get instructions from the legal representatives even after two months. The death of the petitioner is not disputed, as the learned counsel for the 5th respondent also stated that the sole petitioner died on 03.07.2011 as per the death certificate furnished by the Gram Panchayat, Ramakrishna Colony, Thimmapur Mandal, Karimnagar district.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as abated and this will not prevent the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner to take necessary steps, if they are so interested in continuing the litigation. Pending miscellaneous petitions in this writ petition, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
