JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN,J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the detenue, namely, S.Buvaneswari, daughter of Sridhar, aged about 21 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 2 At this stage of the hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the daughter of the petitioner, namely, S.Buvaneswari, aged about 21 years, who had gone missing from 29.12.2016, had returned home. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous.
3 In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
