JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to appoint a fresh Inspection Officer to conduct a fresh inspection in the S.336, Nachipatty Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society, Vennandur Post, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District.
2. The learned counsel for the parties had represented that pursuant to the filing of the writ petition, inspection was conducted and the report has also been submitted on 10.10.2014 before the third respondent. Nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum, if so aggrieved. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
