Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner has filed the present petition with the prayer to direct the court below, namely, Judge, Small Causes Court, Kanpur Nagar to disposed of SCC Suit No.53 of 2019, S.A. Build High Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Additional Superintendent of Police, CBCID and another expeditiously.
Without entering into merits of the present petition, the present petition is finally disposed of directing the court below to decide the aforesaid suit expeditiously preferably within a period of one year.
The writ petition is accordingly, disposed of.
