The learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the contemnors / respondents submitted that the order of this Court in the Writ Petition has been complied with. A copy of the proceedings of the District Educational Officer is also produced, by which the appointment of the petitioner has been approved.
