It is represented that the order passed by this Court has been complied with vide G.O.(Ms).No.904, Home (Police.3) Department dated 10.12.2016. The Office of the Director General of Police has also made an endorsement dated 26.12.2016.

In the light of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he is entitled to work out his remedy in accordance with law before the Competent Forum.
