JUDGMENT / ORDER

Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had produced copy of an order, dated 25/11/2014, regularising the petitioner in the service of the Corporation, issued in obedience to the directions contained in Annexure -I judgment. 2. Under the above mentioned circumstances this court do not find it necessary to proceed further in this Contempt of Court Case.
Accordingly, the Contempt of Court Case is hereby closed.
