JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the suit in O.S.No.7325 of 2011 itself has been disposed of. Hence, the prayer in the transfer petitions have become infructuous. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made endorsement on the petitions.
2. In view of the same, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as having infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
