JUDGMENT / ORDER

On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered a case in Cr.No. 21 of 2016 on 13.09.2011 for the offences under Sections 465, 468, 471 IPC. While so, the petitioner has filed the present petition for transfer of investigation.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5344 of 2017 for a direction to the respondent police to expeditiously complete the investigation in Cr.No.21 of 2016, in which this Court by order dated 28.04.2017, has directed the respondent police to complete the investigation within four months' time.
