Fortunately, the parties have arrived at a settlement and the mediation was successful. The mediation report has been forwarded to this Court. 2. The mediation report is accepted and the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remanded to the Land Tribunal concerned with a direction that the petitioner in this C.R.P shall be issued Purchase Certificate in respect of 3.657 cents of land comprised in survey No.123/2 of Mattanchery Village, Kochi Taluk in the proceedings initiated as S.M.No.318/2004. The mediation report will form part of the order.
This C.R.P is disposed of as above.
