Bela Prajapati, learned advocate for Mr. Mangukiya, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the formalities of supplying copies, paying fees etc. would be completed by 17.05.2012 and thereafter, let the authority send it to the Competent Authority i.e Revisional Authority. Ms. Patel, learned AGP under instructions submitted that on petitioner complying with the formalities, the needful will be done at the end of respondents.
In view of this, Ms. Prajapati, learned advocate seeks permission to withdraw this petition at this stage with a liberty to approach the Court, if permissible under law, if a fresh cause of action is available. Permission as sought for is granted. Matter is disposed of as withdrawn. Liberty to approach this court as prayed is granted. No costs.
