JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Mohit Bankar, learned counsel appearing for Mr.N.M. Kapadia for the applicants states that though the Registry delivered the papers for direct service to the unserved respondents, the same could not be served within time.
Hence, fresh notice, returnable on 28.09.2012. Over and above the direct service, the applicant shall also serve the unserved respondents by R.P.A.D. additionally.
