Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2. Notice to respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with inasmuch as no order prejudicial to their interest is passed in this writ petition.

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation / appeal dated 02.06.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law regarding her appointment as Nutritious Meal Organizer at Puthurhurai Panchayat Union Elementary School, Sirkazhi Panchayat Union, Nagapattinam District by cancelling the irregular appointment made to the fourth respondent by the second respondent.
3. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, as the appeal dated 02.06.2017 filed by the petitioner is still under consideration, this Court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
