Having regard to the relief and direction prayed for by the applicant in the Judges Summons dated 4th January 2012, the office is directed to re-examine the matter and place the matter for hearing before appropriate Court after requesting for appropriate orders and directions from Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice and in light of the relief and direction prayed for in para A and B of the summons.
