Learned Standing Counsel as well as Sri Vivek Saran, who appear for the first respondent state that the claim of the petitioner for grant of family pension shall be duly attended to and disposed of in accordance with law subject to the petitioner filing a detailed representation appending thereto all relevant records relevant for disposal of her claim within a period of two weeks from today. In case the petitioner complies with the above, the claim of the petitioner for release of family pension shall be disposed of with expedition and preferably within a period of two months therefrom.
Accordingly and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
