This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
'(I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 19.11.2018 and hold the inquiry against the Village Pradhan of the Village Nayabas Bangar, Block Debai, District Bulandshahar (Annexure No. 4).'
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Respondent No. 2, District Magistrate, Bulandshahar is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 19.11.2018 pending before it after making an enquiry in the matter in accordance with law preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, copy of the writ petition and its annexures.
We make it clear that we have not entered into the merits of the case and the same shall be decided by the said authority on its own merits.
With this observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
This order has been passed in the presence of Sri Mahesh Narayan Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No. 5, Gram Sabha/Gram Panchayat.
