The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the copies of the answer- sheets of the Physics I paper of the B.Sc. IInd year examination held in the year 2018 may be provided to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the respondent-University does not have any objection to the aforesaid prayer.
Accordingly, the matter is remitted back to the respondent No.2. It is open to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent No.2 in the requisite form and after paying the prescribed fee for providing the aforesaid answer-sheets. The respondent No.2 shall decide the said representation and provide the photocopies of the answer-sheets of the Physics I paper of the B.Sc. II year examination held in the year 2018 to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
In case the answer-sheets have been weeded out, this order shall stand recalled.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
