Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Anshul Tiwari, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 6 and 7 and the learned AGA for the State.
In compliance of the order dated 19.11.2018, the Investigating Officer is present before the Court along with the petitioner Rupali Sharma. The affidavit of compliance dated 27.11.2018 which is filed today in the Court, is taken on record.
Since the court was informed that the petitioner is present before the Court, the Court proceeds to examine the girl/petitioner Rupali Sharma :-

She says, th gkW ;g esjk gh c;ku gS A She again shown another document in the form of affidavit, copy has been annexed as annexure No. 5 she replies and asked D;k bl ij vki ds gh gLrk{j gSaA she replies gkW bl ij esjss gh gLrk{j gSaA In view of the statement of the girl made before this Court, apparently no further issue remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition.
Since no further issue is required to be adjudicated in the writ petition, the very purpose for filing the writ petition has become infractuous.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion whatsoever on merits of the case, the writ petition is being dismissed.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
The personal appearance of the petitioner and the I.O. is exempted.
