After the matter was heard at some length, Sri Arvind Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not want to press this petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present habeas corpus writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
The amount of Rs.20,000/- so deposited by learned counsel for the petitioners in the name of Smt. Rupa (Petitioner No.1) before the Registrar General, High Court, Allahabad, be handed over to her (Smt. Rupa, Petitioner No.1) within one month from today.
