JUDGMENT / ORDER

Challenging the fair and final order passed in I.A.No.1552 of 2013 in O.S.No.240 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ponneri, the defendants 1 to 4 have filed the above Civil Revision Petition.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the parties had settled the matter out of Court and also entered into a joint memorandum of compromise dated 23.03.2017. The petitioners and the respondent are present in the Court and they also acknowledged the due execution of the joint memorandum of compromise.
3. The learned counsel on either side submitted that the joint memorandum of compromise may be taken on record and the Civil Revision Petition may be disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the joint memorandum of compromise dated 23.03.2017 is taken on record and the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise dated 23.03.2017. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
