The sole prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Mutation Case No. 178/379/628/7002/778 (Smt. Rumali Devi vs. Narsingh), under Section 34 of the Land Revenue Act, which is pending before the court of the Tehsildar(Judicial), Tehsil - Sadar, Maharajganj, District - Kushinagar, be expeditiously decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Tehsildar(Judicial), Tehsil - Sadar, Maharajganj, District - Kushinagar, shall decide the Mutation Case No.178/379/628/7002/778 within a period of three months in accordance with law from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
