The applicant has approached before this Court praying for direction to the court below to decide the Maintenance Case No. 648 of 2016 (Smt. Ruma Devi Vs. Ram Surat) under section 125 Cr.P.c. P.s. Sujanganj District Jaunpur, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur within the stipulated time.
The argument is that application of the applicant under section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending since 2016.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the application of the applicant under section 125 Cr.P.c. within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it.
