This petition is of the year 1994. The order sheet record of recent past shows that it was posted on Board on 27.01.2000, and was adjourned in view of sick note of Mr. S. V. Parmar, learned advocate of the petitioner. The matter was next posted on 3.4.2012; again on 11.04.2012 and on 12.04.2012. It appears on today's Board for final hearing.
Learned advocate for the petitioner has repetitively remained absent. It was observed by the Court in order dated 11.04.2012 that the adjournment was being given as a last chance Today the petition could have been legitimately dismissed for default. However, showing leniency to the petitioner and in the larger interest of justice, it is ordered to be posted next week so as to enable learned advocate for the petitioner to remain present and conduct the matter.
