JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) In this matter, the vires of Section 99(1) of Gujarat Municipality Act has been challenged. Therefore, office is directed to place the matter having jurisdiction to hear the matter where vires of provisions can be challenged, after obtaining necessary nomination from the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice.
