JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is reported that learned advocate Ms.Khyati Hathi, appearing for contesting respondent-respondent No.1 Kalawad Municipal Borough has filed sick-note.
Learned advocate Mr.Pradeep Patel for the petitioner submitted that order can be passed against respondent No.3 i.e. Director of Municipalities for specific relief to the petitioner.
Learned AGP prays for time for filing reply. Taking into consideration that petition is of the year 2002, the respondent shall file reply, if any, on or before 03.12.2012. The matter be listed for consideration before concerned Court on 05.12.2012.
