Heard Sri Sohan Lal Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application under Section has been filed for expediting the proceedings of Complaint Case No. 1441 of 2018, (Ruksana Shekh Vs. Rashid Shekh and others), under Sections-323, 498-A, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Kotwali Mariyahun, District- Jaunpur, pending in court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, First Jaunpur.
Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the statements of the complainant and her witnesses under Sections 200 and 202 Cr.P.C. have already been recorded but nothing has been done thereafter.
Under the facts and circumstances, a direction is issued to the concerned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, First Jaunpur to pass an appropriate order in the complaint under Section 204 Cr.P.C. in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of the certified copy of this order is produced.
The application is, accordingly, disposed of.
