ORDER The learned Government Pleader is directed to take notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus to direct the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representations by the petitioner dated 12.09.2016, 12.09.2016 and 14.10.2016, vide Annexures-J, J(1) and K, respectively, to incorporate their names by way of inheritance in the RTC.
3. The learned Government Pleader submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with Law.
4. In view of the submission made, the writ petition is disposed off. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representations by the petitioner dated 12.09.2016, 12.09.2016 and 14.10.2016, vide Annexures- J, J(1) and K, respectively and pass appropriate orders therein in accordance with Law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The learned Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within four weeks.
