Husband of the petitioner was employed as Safai Karmchari in Nagar Nigam Allahabad and has died on 19.9.2017. All benefits which were due and payable to the widow, who is petitioner herein, has already been released. The only grievance raised in this petition is that the difference of salary, consequent upon introduction of 7th Pay Commission Report, between January, 2016 to September, 2017 as well as consequential revision in gratuity and earned leave etc., are yet to be released. Representation in that regard has also been made, which has remained pending.
Sri R.K. Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 & 3 states that the grievance of the petitioner would be examined by the competent authority expeditiously in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no. 2 to accord consideration to the petitioner's claim, noticed above, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned order to be passed, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. The amount which is found due and payable to the petitioner would be released within a further period of six weeks, thereafter.
