JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2004 within a time stipulated.
2. I heard Mr.H.Raja Sekar learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.M.E.Rani Selvam learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
3. The petitioner requested the respondent by way of the representation to regularize his service from 17.12.1992 to 09.01.1996, as per the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.36788 of 2003 dated 16.12.2003. The said representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2004 has not been considered till now. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2004.
4. In the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.36788 of 2003 dated 16.12.2003, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2004 by giving personal opportunity to the petitioner and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
