Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The instant petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide Suit No. 1314 of 1999 within a stipulated period.
Considering that the suit is of the year 1999, this petition is disposed of by observing that in absence of any legal impediment in proceeding further in the suit, the court below shall endeavour to bring the suit proceedings to its logical conclusion, expeditiously, without entertaining unnecessary adjournments from the parties.
