Case is called out in the revised list, yet no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press the instant writ petition.
Learned A.G.A. has filed progress report/affidavit annexing therewith the order passed by the In-charge Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Aligarh, which is taken on record.
The Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Aligarh passed an order dated 22.9.2019 that the corpus/victim is aged about 21 years and, thus, she is major. She has also refused for her medical examination. The learned Magistrate has recorded that the corpus being major and very well understand her well-being is free to go with whomsoever she wants.
There is nothing to suggest that the corpus is under illegal detention of any of the private respondents.
The present habeas corpus writ petition is bereft of merits and the same, accordingly, dismissed.
