Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Restoration Application No. 679/1094 in case no. 82/296 (Mahesh Vs. Sudama), under Section 34 of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act pending before Tehsildar, Tehsil Kasiya, District Kushinagar, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Restoration Application No. 679/1094 in case no. 82/296 (Mahesh Vs. Sudama), under Section 34 of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act pending before Tehsildar, Tehsil Kasiya, District Kushinagar, shall be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
