Rukaiya Petitioner no. 1 appears before the Court. She admits that she has voluntarily married to Vaseem, petitioner no. 2. Certificate of registration of marriage has been filed as Annexure-2 to this writ petition, showing Rukaiya has married with Vaseem petitioner no. 2 on 20.07.2018.
In the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance of FIR dated 17.07.2018, registered as Case Crime No. 152/2018, under Sections 363 & 366 I.P.C., P.S. Jarcha, Distt. Gautam Buddh Nagar till submission of police report under Section 173 (2) Cr.
P. C.
