Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner Ruhi Naqvi with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the respondents police authority to investigate the matter and to recover the abducted girl Ravina Naqvi and procure the arrest of accused persons in accordance with law.
From the perusal of record it reveals that no FIR has been lodged, in such a circumstance, the prayer sought may not be granted.
However, it is directed that in case the petitioner moves application under section 156 ( 3) Cr.P.C., the same shall be heard and disposed of in accordance with law.
With the above direction, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
