JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shaffique, J.
The petitioners have approached this Court seeking police protection as against the threat being committed by the party respondents 3 and 4.
2. Learned Government Pleader submits that the petitioners as well as the respondents 3 and 4 were summoned to the police station and they have agreed to maintain law and order. Thereafter no crime has been registered by the police.
Having regard to the aforesaid submission, we do not think that any order need be passed in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is closed.
