Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 2 and the respondent no. 4 (husband and wife) have resolved the matter among themselves and in view thereof, he does not wish to pursue the matter any further and makes a prayer that the same may be dismissed.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer so made. The petition stands, accordingly, dismissed.
