JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ms.Shah, learned advocate for the respondent, drew my attention to the earlier orders (1) dated 11.4.2011 whereby this Court directed the trial Court to the effect that the trial Court to proceed with the matter without considering the fact that the instant application is pending before this Court and (2) vide order dated 17.8.2011, this Court observed that the applicants and her husband are playing hide and seek and the husband is not remaining present before the learned trial Court.
Mr.Kotla, learned advocate for the applicants submits that the husband is not in control of the present applicants.
In view of the above situation, the trial Court is further directed to take appropriate measures as provided under the Code of Criminal Procedure for effecting the service to opponent No.1 - Bipinkumar therein. The applicants, if they have any details about the whereabouts of opponent No.1 - Bipinkumar, they shall immediately furnish said details before the concerned trial Court or else as requested by Mr.Kotla, the applicants shall file detailed affidavit regarding the same.
