JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The record shows that this Court (Coram: R.M. Doshit, J., as she then was) vide order dated 17.07.2007, issued notice of Rule upon respondent No.6-Jamnagar Municipal Corporation.

Thakkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the area in question is now within the limits of Jamnagar Municipal Corporation and as respondent No.6 was added as party respondent and no appearance is filed, in the interest of justice, fresh notice of rule be issued upon respondent No.6, returnable on 08.08.2012. Direct service is permitted.
