The present habeas corpus petition has been filed by petitioner no. 2 the alleged husband of petitioner no. 1 (corpus) Smt. Ruchi with a prayer to issue a writ in the nature of habeas corpus directing the opposite parties to produce the corpus before the Court and set her at liberty.
I may record that according to F.I.R. lodged by father-in-law of the corpus Smt. Ruchi aged about 20 years, she left her matrimonial home taking along with her Rs. 80,000/- cash and jewellery; in the said F.I.R. suspicion has been laid on respondent nos. 4 and 5 only.
From the entire petition and material placed on record there is nothing to suggest that she is under any illegal detention of respondent nos. 4 and 5.
The instant habeas corpus petition is bereft of merit and is accordingly dismissed.
