Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel, who has accepted notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 3 and Sri A. C. Srivastava, learned counsel, who has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file better petition in future.
In view of the fact, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file a fresh petition, if so adviced.
