O R D E R Sri. V. F. Kumbar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri. N. S. Sanjay Gowda, learned counsel for the respondents.
2. In this petition, petitioner inter alia has prayed for the following reliefs:
(a) To issue a writ of certiorari quashing order passed by the fourth respondent bearing No.B/C.79/Catg/Tender/ GMU/Accused No.1, A & B/1/CS-29/KGI dated 12.11.2018 vide at Annexure-C.
(b) To issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.04 to consider the bid application along with technical bid of the petitioner and to allot the GMU stall No.CS-
29 at Kengeri Railway station to the petitioner as per Annexure-B bearing No. B/C.79/Catg./CS/SBC dated 24.09.2018.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the tender in question has already been discharged on 09.11.2018.
4. The aforesaid submission is taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly the same is disposed of.
