She claims to be major and has filed her High School Mark Sheet, showing her date of birth as 5.7.2000. She states that she has voluntarily married to Mohd. Danish @ Aslam, petitioner-2.
In view of the statement of Rubina Khatoon, petitioner-1, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 5.2.2019, registered as Case Crime No. 0017 of 2019, u/s 363, 366, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Tehberpur, district Azamgarh, till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C in it.
