Present application has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Kanpur Nagar to consider and conclude Case No. 2104 of 2015 (State vs. Shyam Prakash Gupta and others), arising out of Case Crime no. 120A of 2014, under Sections 323, 504, 506 and 427 I.P.C., P.S. Gwal Toli, district-Kanpur Nagar expeditiously, preferably within the time stipulated by this Court.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the material on record, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Kanpur Nagar to consider and conclude Case No. 2104 of 2015 (State vs. Shyam Prakash Gupta and others), arising out of Case Crime no. 120A of 2014, under Sections 323, 504, 506 and 427 I.P.C., P.S. Gwal Toli, district- Kanpur Nagar, expeditiously, if already not decided, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him, provided the proceedings are not stayed by any Court of law.
