Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the A.C.M.M., VIIIth, Kanpur Nagar to decide Criminal case No.660 of 2015, State Vs. Smt. Rubi Gupta and others, arising out of Case Crime No.129/2014, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 427, 324 I.P.C. at P.S. Gwal Toli, District Kanpur Nagar.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
