Learned Standing Counsel has produced instructions which are taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purposes of identification.
Although the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit today, the Court notes that no averment has been made therein that she received the intimation of the medical test only on 22 October 2018. More fundamentally from the instructions the Court is informed that as per the advertisement dated 13 August 2018 all applicants had been duly informed that they would be able to download their admit cards with effect from 18 August 2018 by accessing the website itself. Additionally it is stated that the petitioner was also informed and apprised of the date fixed for the medical examination via SMS which was duly delivered to her at her registered mobile number on 21 August 2018.
On an overall conspectus of the aforesaid facts, the Court finds no merit on the writ petition which shall stand dismissed.
