JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag. C.J. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the University.
2. This writ appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 10th December, 2014 passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing the writ petition filed by the petitioner.
3. The appellant, a student of 6th semester of LLB course, was not issued hall ticket on account of shortage of attendance. The petitioner filed the writ petition saying that she was entitled for condonation.
4. The learned counsel for the University submits that the minimum required attendance is 75% and the condonable limit is a maximum of 20% for the entire course of study and the petitioner had only 45% in the 6th semester. According to learned counsel for the University, even if the submission of the petitioner is accepted, she is not entitled for, even after condonation of maximum limit.
5. The learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition. We do no find any error in the judgment warranting interference by this Court in appellate jurisdiction. Learned counsel for the respondent submits W.A. No. 1974 of 2014 -: 2 :-
that in the event the petitioner also makes up the attendance by attending extra classes and the Principal submits a certificate to that effect, the University has no objection in permitting her for the next semester.
Subject to the above observation, the writ appeal is dismissed.
Ashok Bhushan, Ag. Chief Justice A.M. Shaffique, Judge.
