The Court by an order dated 11.4.2019 had directed the learned A.G.A. to seek instructions from the concerned police station as to what steps have been taken pursuant to the missing report lodged by petitioner no.2.
Learned A.G.A. has placed the instructions received from the concerned police station, which is taken on record in which it is stated that the corpus, Rubeena @ Rubi has returned back to her parental home and joined the company of petitioner no.2.
In view of it, the present habeas corpus writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
