On the matter being taken up today, Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel has placed the instructions dated 20.8.2019 sent by the Director of Education (Secondary), U.P., wherein it has been indicated that the order of the writ Court has been complied with. Alongwith the instruction, the order dated 20.8.2019 passed by the opposite party is also appended and the same is taken on record. A copy of the instruction is given to learned counsel for the applicant.
Consequently nothing further survives and the contempt application is disposed of.
It is, however, clarified that this order shall not preclude the applicant to assail the validity of the said order before the appropriate forum.
